REFUND POLICY

Many items can be returned within 5-10 days of delivery and are eligible for a store credit or potential full refund. Some items are treated differently. See the Exceptions section below to learn more about which items are treated differently and how. No matter the item type, if an item arrives and it is defective, damaged or incorrect, it is eligible for a replacement or a refund, but it will need to be returned.

Standard Returns

  • Please contact Support to begin the return and we will walk you through the process.

  • If the item is not subject to an exception, you must place your refund request within 5 days of delivery of the item. If, for some reason, your item does not arrive, you must place your refund request within 5 days of the latest estimated delivery date.

  • In certain cases, such as defective items, damaged items or items that are not what you ordered, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo. In other cases, such as with higher value items (including a high value item that arrives defective, damaged or the wrong item), you may be required to return the item to receive a replacement, a store credit or possibly a refund.

  • If you are required to return an item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 96 hours of the request if a return is not required. If a return is required, the replacement or  refund will be processed once the item has been returned and is confirmed to be in good and unused condition.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation Period

    • Orders begin processing shortly after they’ve been placed, so there is a short period where your order can be cancelled successfully via Customer Support. The cancellation period once an order has been placed is 24 hrs from when the order was received. If the cancellation period has passed, you order cannot be cancelled and a refund is not applicable.

  • 2-Day Delivery Order Cancellations

    • Items that are slated for 2-Day Delivery Orders have a shorter cancellation window. For these items you have up to 2 hours after purchase to cancel your order via Customer Support and requesting.

  • Cancellation Windows

    • After your cancellation window closes, fulfillment of the order, including shipping in some cases, has typically begun. Therefore, after your cancellation window closes, we do not accept requests to return or refund items.

Refund Exceptions

  • Absent special circumstances, the following items are non-refundable:

    • Items falling in the following categories or items marked “Final Sale”, "Exclusive Sale", "One of a Kind Sale", All Footwear, All Face Masks, and All Bathing Suits. Final Sale items are marked as such on their product pages. "Final Sale" items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a store credit or a refund.​​

  • Perishable Items, such as food, beverages, vitamins and supplements cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

  • Personal Care Items, such as toothpaste, shampoos, deodorants, perfumes, lotions, feminine hygiene products, soaps, cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.​​​​

Local Return & Refund Policies

  • Ship to Store Refunds and Restocking

    • If you do not pick up your order within 10 days of its arrival at store, you are not eligible for a refund and you will incur an additional small restocking fee of $25. If the Ship to Store item was delivered and the item was not picked up by customer, shipping fees will not be refunded and only a store credit will be offered.

  • You will be notified prior to your Store pick up deadline. Once you pick up your order, you are required to inspect and confirm full satisfaction of your items and report any issues before departing the store as you will no longer be eligible for a replacement or a refund consideration of unused item.

  • Pickup "Need Now" Products

    • You have 1 day to pick up your "Need Now" order at the store location. If you do not pick up your order within the 1 day time period, it will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged a restocking fee of $25 and not refunded for any processing fees. Once you pick up your order, you are required to inspect and confirm full satisfaction of your items and report any issues before departing the store as you will no longer be eligible for a replacement or a refund consideration of unused item.

  • Refund Tender

    • When receiving a refund from Rebecca O, you may choose to refund back to your original payment method (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal) or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value so long as item has not been processed and shipped. Refunds to your original payment method will be processed by your financial institution within 14 days. 

  • Rebecca O reserves the right to:

    • Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use

    • Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Use

    • Limit purchase activity in the Store if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use
